TATVA is an incorporated organization and will be operated exclusively for charitable, cultural, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision or provisions of any subsequent United States revenue law, within the scope of the foregoing purposes, but not by way of limitation thereof.
